It started with a tracker that kept failing.
Before Trackon, vehicle owners in Nepal were stuck choosing between expensive imported trackers with no local support, or cheap devices that dropped signal exactly when it mattered most. In 2021, three engineers based in Itahari decided to fix that — building a compact, palm-sized GPS tracker designed and supported end-to-end within Nepal.
That first device became Trackon Micro. Since then, the same team has kept shipping what vehicle owners actually asked for: engine lock from a phone, geofencing that sends a real alert, and a support line that picks up.
“We didn't want to build another tracker that ends up in a drawer after the SIM expires. We wanted something people actually keep relying on.”
